Diesel jumps on the NFT bandwagon and will release his first collection on Rarible tomorrow.

 

On March 12, Italian clothing brand Diesel will launch its own non-fungible token (NFT) project, branded "D: VERSE," on the Rarible marketplace. The collection is inspired by the showpieces from the brand's fall and winter 2022 collections.




Diesel is the latest fashion brand to join the NFT bandwagon to provide clients with a more digital experience. In January, the premium fashion business Prada and the sportswear behemoth Adidas teamed up to develop an NFT project based on the Polygon network.

The NFT collection is grounded on Diesel’s afterlife/ downtime 2022 fashion collection. 
 The Diesel DVERSE community opens the moment. 

 Diesel launched a lurker NFT in November. 
Italian fashion brand Diesel is dropping its new NFT collection on Raible on Mar 12. Dubbed DIVERSE, the NFT collection is grounded on Diesel’s afterlife/ downtime 2022 fashion collection which was showcased at Milan Fashion Week before this month. 
 
 The whitelist to the NFT collection will close at the same time the DVERSE community opens. Those who have been whitelisted will have access to the pre-sale window for the NFT drop. 

 According to the website, DVERSE has just opened a moment. The public drop of the NFT collection will be on Mar 12 and will be available for 55 hours. A transaction for an a1/1 rare NFT will also take place on Raible on Mar 12. 
 
 Buyers can pay for the NFT with edict and crypto and Diesel will be offering a tutorial on how to set up ane-wallet. 

 Holders of DIVERSE NFTs will have access to a private disharmony channel and the DVERSE key which grants druggies exclusive rights to NFTpre-sales, rubbish, metaverse wearables, and further. 
 
 Diesel has preliminarily launched a lurker NFT in November to mark the launch of its debut lurker, dubbed the PROTOTYPE. The brand worked with the digital fashion house The Fabricant to produce a limited edition NFT of the lurker. 

The denim brand follows other Italian fashion houses similar to Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, and Prada in launching NFTs. 
 
 Dolce & Gabbana dropped its first NFT collection, Collezione Genesi, on luxury business UNXD on Sep 1 last time. The collection ended at for$5.65 million. 

Gucci’s first NFT was its Aria film which was auctioned off at Christie’s at a final trade price of$ 25000 in June 2021, with proceeds going to UNICEF USA. 
 
 The Italian fashion house blazoned its alternate NFT drop on Jan 18 and set up Gucci Vault, an experimental online space that houses Gucci’s NFT and metaverse systems. Gucci also bought land in the metaverse to make its own virtual world. 

Prada banded with Adidas and digital artist Zach Lieberman for its first NFT design named ‘re-source ’. It’s an interactive dynamic platform that enables the community to contribute to a large-scale artwork through play and discover the transformative benefits of web3,co-creation, digital power, and NFTs. 
 
 The final artwork of the Prada x Adidas NFT was auctioned off on SuperRare for 30 ETH. 
Those interested in the Diesel NFT drop will be suitable to subscribe to the DVERSE’s whitelist, which closes latterly moment. The whitelist sign-up will give druggies access to the pre-sale window for the first NFT drop.

 Morgan Stanley( MS) predicts the total NFT request will grow to$ 300 billion by 2030. The report identifies luxury brands similar to Gucci, Balenciaga, and Kering as in the stylish position to benefit from digital collaborations in the metaverse. 

 Luxury fashion brands have formerly been making millions of bones from auctioning off NFTs. In September, Italian haute couture marker Dolce & Gabbana launched its first NFT collection, Collezione Genesi, which brought roughly$5.65 million in a trade.
